Welcome to Hidden Lake Estates.

 How we got started:

 Hidden Lake Estates has developed here at the Free Flow MX Park & Campground, from a small group of people, looking for a quiet, and somewhat rural lifestyle. Over the past couple years, we have grown into a small community of live in and seasonal people, that enjoy the peaceful and somewhat rural qualities of the community, while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions.

 Phase 1 of our community, started with 4 year round residents, and 10 seasonal residents. Phase 1 will be completed by the end of 2018, with the addition of 3 more year round residences.

 Our new project:

 Phase 2, is a new 5 home waterfront project, for Adult Style Living. Phase 2 will feature 5 new homes located on waterfront lots. The first 3 will be built in the spring of 2019, and the next 2 homes will be built in the spring of 2020.

 Hidden Lake estates is a gated community, located just west of Shannonville, in the 250 acre Free Flow MX Park & Campground property.

 Each new home will feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large deck overlooking the 22 acre lake and a private dock, just a few steps from your home.

 Our 22 acre lake joins the Salmon River, and the Bay of Quinte, and offers great fishing and water sport activities.

 Hidden Lake Estates offers full access to the MX Park, and 10km's of trails. Our community now offers Fiber Internet and TV, through 7th Gen Internet, and Vmedia TV.

 Located in the community is a 3000 sq/ft community center. It features a full kitchen, WiFi, TV, 8 dart boards, games, stage, and seating for up to 130 people. We host many social events, like dart night, movie nights, dinners and holiday parties.

 Located at our main gate, are several gas station/convenience stores, bakery, Laundromat, and several restaurants, including a Subway.

 Hidden Lake Estates is 10 minutes from Belleville, that offers great shopping, restaurants, movie theater, live theater, and many other attractions.
